Exactly as described. I did have to drill the holes a little wider, but it is constructed. My cats are unimpressed :(. I feel that is my fault, though, since I couldn’t decide if they would enjoy it. This would be great for cats who love spinning the toilet paper roll, however. And my cats may discover that this feels cool to scratch in the future.

Don’t buy. Poor quality. The sisal rope badly glued, the wood with splinters. A broken gift ball. Lousy packing, all loose in a folded and broken box. I don’t recommend.
I bought two size L, the pieces are the same, it only varies how you ride it. The screwdriver next door split. Delayed delivery.
